We've had some time to test out the Ooni Koda 16 Pizza Oven and to explain our excitement, we're sharing 3 reasons you want to add this pizza oven to your outdoor set up.

GAS POWERED PIZZA OVEN
Convenience is key. Switch on the instant gas ignition, and you’ll be ready to cook in 20 minutes. Like all Ooni pizza ovens, Ooni Koda 16 reaches up to 500°C – the blazing heat needed for cooking stone-baked, delicious pizza in 60 seconds. Using gas ensures you've got full control over the heat. Turn the heat up and down easily with the heat control dial. Best of all? No need to clean up fuel residue after cooking!
BIGGER IS BETTER
This oven is designed to cook pizzas up to 16" (the original Koda was 12"), great for big appetites, even better when cooking for a group, so everyone gets a slice at the same time. You can even cook 2 small ones at the same time if you want variety in flavours.
As you probably know by now, the Ooni does a great job at flame-cooking other things than pizza too, using some handy accessories that are compatible with Ooni Koda 16 too. With the increased size, you're all set to cook up a full dinner, think steaks and veggies in the Dual Sided Grizzler Plate or a giant chocolate chip cookie in the Cast Iron Skillet Pan.
The Koda 16 is compatible with the Ooni 16" Pizza Peel, a classic lightweight aluminium peel that lets you launch and retrieve pizzas with ease, as well as the Bamboo 16" Pizza Peel. One of our favourite Ooni accessories is the new Ooni Dual Scale, that lets you measure out all your ingredients to a tenth of a gram - yes, even those tiny amounts of salt and yeast.
Last but not least, to make sure your oven is protected we recommend the custom fitted Ooni Koda 16 Cover. The super snug elasticated edge means the cover is easy to fit and your Ooni Koda 16 is protected from the elements.
