Slow cooked recipes for Autumn Entertaining


With the colder months settling in we're revisiting some of our favourite slow-cooked recipes perfect for entertaining through Autumn and Winter. We’ve gathered 12 delicious slow-cooked recipes that will surely impress your guests. Slow-Cooked Smoker

2. Smoked Lamb Shoulder

Slow roasting a lamb shoulder makes for a deliciously succulent and tender meat that easily falls apart. Easy enough to prep, then let it roast for 6.30 hours. What comes out will be a real good combination of the smoke and the juices from the tasty lamb. Pair it with a good leafy salad, or just have it as is, you won't be disappointment either way.

Smoked Chicken with Chimichurri
Smoked chicken legs, seasoned with all the good spices, and topped with homemade Chimichurri sauce. This is a win for sure. This chicken calls for 45 minutes in the smoker, but can be left for longer for a more intense flavour. Slow-Cooked BBQ

2. Beef Brisket with Potatoes

This meal takes little to no time to prepare. Quickly toss all the vegetables and beef together and forget about it in the slow-cooker for about 12 hours, whilst you go on to prepare more delicious things, like dessert. What else goes well with beef and potatoes? We recommend some cheesy roasted broccoli, just to balance out the plate a bit.
