Ooni, one of our favourite brands for portable pizza ovens, has launched its latest innovation - the Ooni Karu 12G Multi Fuel Pizza Oven. Building upon the success of the Ooni Karu 12, the Ooni Karu 12G promises to take your pizza-making experience to new heights with a plethora of enhanced features and functionalities. The Ooni Karu 12G comes equipped with a generously sized cooking surface, a 33x33cm cordierite baking stone with a 15mm thickness to ensure even heat distribution. At 15.5kg it's slightly heavier than the Karu 12, but still perfectly portable and ready to be taken on the next adventure, or just sit comfortably in your backyard or on your balcony.

One of the key upgrades in the Ooni 12G is its improved heat retention and insulation. It features a borosilicate glass door to keep an eye on your pizza without releasing heat and the SureGrab™ door handle stays cool to the touch while your pizzas are being baked at a high temperature.
