Before we get into some delicious recipes, we're excited to announce a new member of the Ironclad family; The Old Dutch.
Like her younger siblings, Old Dutch is made from recycled, high-quality iron and can be used on all cooking surfaces and will withstand at least three generations of daily use. This super versatile pan is the perfect addition to your kitchen inventory, providing you with 4 different ways to use the pan.
The Dutch Stack.
Stack the pot and the lid, and get busy roasting, stewing or soup-ing.
The Upside-Down Baker.
The lid has no knob, so flip her over and Old Dutch becomes a bread oven.
The Happy Camper.
Flip the lid over and place it on top of the pot (which can be filled with hot coals). Ta-dah, you have a camp stove.
The Second Skillet.
Use the lid on its own as an extra skillet. Double handy.
Breakfast
This pie is easily made a day ahead and is the perfect on the road breakfast. To save some time you can use store-bought puff pastry and you can get creative with leftover veggies too! |
GRILLED BANANA AND MANDARIN PANCAKES Taking pancakes toppings to the next levels with these maple syrup glazed bananas. Together with the mandarins they will caramelise beautifully. Use either normal or gluten free flower and swap dairy milk for oat or almond if dairy free. |
Lunch
