The Weber Genesis EP-435 is a four-burner LPG barbecue built for large households and serious outdoor cooks, with a Sear Zone that reaches 400°C for restaurant-quality searing and a side burner for sauces and sides. Its porcelain-enamelled cast-iron cooking grills heat quickly and retain heat, and they flip over to accept Weber Crafted cookware, so the same grill can become a griddle, pizza stone or veggie basket setup.

PureBlu burners keep gas pressure consistent and spread heat evenly across the cooking area, while Flavourizer Bars vaporise juices for authentic barbecue flavour and channel grease away from the burners to prevent flare-ups. An expandable top grill adds a second cooking level, Nightvision LED lighting in the handle illuminates the whole cooking surface and side tables, and the cabinet with doors hides a full-size gas cylinder and stores tools and accessories. Four castors swivel for movement, two lock in place, and a 12-year limited warranty covers the barbecue.
