The Weber Genesis E-425 is a four-burner gas barbecue with a Sear Zone that reaches approximately 400°C, powered by two dual-row PureBlu burners for restaurant-quality searing. Its porcelain-enamelled cast-iron cooking grills heat quickly and retain heat, and they flip over to accept Weber Crafted cookware, while the included porcelain-enamelled cast-iron griddle handles smashed burgers, fajitas and breakfast. A cabinet with doors hides a full-size gas cylinder (LPG model) and stores accessories, and the easy-read tank scale mounted inside (LPG model) means you can see when gas is running low.

Available in LPG and natural gas versions. The natural gas model connects to your home gas supply, so there is no cylinder to swap; select your fuel type above.

Flavourizer Bars catch and vapourise juices for authentic Weber flavour and funnel grease away from the burners to prevent flare-ups, while the pull-out grease tray makes clean-up simple.
