The Weber Genesis E-325 is a three-burner gas barbecue built for large families and serious backyard entertaining, with a Sear Zone powered by two dual-row PureBlu burners that reaches around 400°C for restaurant-quality searing. Its spacious cooking area heats fast and evenly, and the porcelain-enamelled cast-iron cooking grills flip over to accept Weber Crafted cookware, so the same barbecue can become a griddle, pizza stone or wok setup.

Available in LPG and natural gas versions. The natural gas model connects to your home gas supply, so there is no cylinder to swap; select your fuel type above.

A porcelain-enamelled cast-iron Weber Crafted griddle is included for smashed burgers, fajitas and breakfasts, while Flavourizer Bars catch and vapourise juices for authentic Weber flavour and funnel grease away from the burners to prevent flare-ups. The cabinet with doors hides a full-size gas cylinder (LPG model) and stores accessories, an easy-read tank scale sits inside (LPG model) so you never run out of gas, and four castors swivel for movement with two locking in place while you cook.
