Drip pan racks are exactly what they sound like. They go inside your Primo Grill and hold a drip pan! Drip pans collect the juices or hold your favourite cooking liquid. The liquid creates a smoke that enhances the flavours in your food.
Drip pan racks are also known as heat deflector racks. Simply flip them over and they can be used to hold your heat deflectors. Heat deflector racks are a great way to introduce indirect cooking when used with ceramic deflector plates (PRM326 for Oval LG 300, sold separately).
The Primo PRM316 Heat Deflector Racks/Drip Pan Racks come in a set of 2. This set is for use with your Primo Oval LG 300 grill.
