Tip, preparation time and capacity:

The Mini grill has the capacity to roast up to 10 kg of meat, being up to 8 kg on the vertical grill and 2 kg on the horizontal grill (appetisers), an important detail when placing grill with ribs always place the part of the bone to the side of the burner, there is no need to turn, as it remains a uniform roast.
