The Mini grill has the capacity to roast up to 10 kg of meat, being up to 8 kg on the vertical grill and 2 kg on the horizontal grill (appetisers), an important detail when placing grill with ribs always place the part of the bone to the side of the burner, there is no need to turn, as it remains a uniform roast.
Estimated rib roast can vary from 3 to 4 hours, which is why the important factor is to maintain the balance of the fire. (Example; 8 kg rib average time of 3 hours and consumption of 3 kg of charcoal.
