Tasting Notes: The O-Med Picual Extra Virgin Olive Oil aroma is categorised as medium fruitiness with green fruits and grass. On the nose one gets tomato plant and green almond with hints of aromatic herbs. The palate gives a persistent taste of artichokes, olive leaf, dried fruits, and green walnuts. The flavour profile balances with a long peppery finish. Balance is the key word for this olive oil, providing outstanding complexity and layers of flavour to your dish when used appropriately.
Recommendations: Finish meat dishes, tomato salads, and tomato sauces or drizzle over full bodied cheeses. Add to cold soups like vichyssoise or gazpacho/salmorejo. This oil has a special love affair with Pulpo Gallego, octopus.

Tasting Notes: The O-Med 100% Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Its aroma is reminiscent of fruits. Its taste has hints of apple and above all to green bananas. it is barely bitter. It is astringent as the green banana and green almond. Persistent pungency. The colour is golden, green clear, and bright.
