The Dome's Flue Extension is the perfect companion for wood-fired cooking, channelling away smoke & soot from the oven and improving air-flow.
The flue is used as a means to draw emissions from the oven chamber. Having a longer flue results in a better draw of emissions from the oven. This also reduces the soot build-up on the outside of the oven when cooking with wood.
Shipping
We dispatch most orders within 48 hours from our Auckland warehouse. Delivery is typically 2–3 days within Auckland and up to 7 days nationwide. Large items ship via freight, and international delivery is available on request. Free pickup is available at 77 The Strand, Auckland, and you’ll be notified when your order is ready.
