We purchased this skillet after using the oval version in our Kamado Joe Junior.
Works great and the handle is really handle. Using two Ooni skillets is handy when cooking with the KJJ grill. One can have a chicken on it and the other veges etc. This grizzler leaves nice marks on veges or steaks when using high temperatures. This is really nice gear.
