I purchased this for our Kamado Joe Junior. We love it. The removable handle is a great feature. The 2.6 kg mass is really handy too as it holds it's heat and cooks veges and roasts effectively. I wrap it in foil while using a second oval Ooni. Everything remains hot.
It is amazing how much you can fit on this skillet.
